Iorras Aontaithe Over 35 got their defence of their crown off to a good start against newly promoted Mulranny United on a final score line: Iorras 7 Mulranny 1.
Iorras masters, in top form
The League champions showed their class against the Masters cup holders with some very good goals from
Gareth O’Malley, Eric O’Reilly and Martin McIntyre in the first half. In the second half Iorras continued their demolition with excellent movement, passing and vision with further goals from
Kieran Lavelle, Martin McIntyre, and two more from Eric. Mulranny were gifted a goal in the second half, but the score line says it all. Iorras welcomed three new comers to the panel, Paul Reilly, Declan Sweeney and Gareth O’Malley. Well done to all on the excellent start.
