Club Anti-Bulling Policy
Iorras Aontaithe/Erris United FC has put in place/ published their Anti-Bulling Policy. The Policy Aims are:
To raise awareness of bullying as a form of unacceptable behaviour amongst management personnel, voluntary staff, parents / guardians and club members
To create a community ethos which encourages children to disclose and discuss incidents of bullying behaviour, working with parents where this is necessary and desirable
To outline procedures to be used in preventing bullying behaviour in Club Sacair Iorrais Aontaithe/Erris United FC
To outline procedures to be used in reporting, investigating and dealing with incidents of bullying behaviour in Club Sacair Iorrais Aontaithe/Erris United FC
To outline strategies that may be usefully employed in working with young people who are or have been involved in bullying behaviour
To outline Club Sacair Iorrais Aontaithe/Erris United FC, position on cyber-bullying
To provide an underpinning for the anti-bullying work that is undertaken in Club Sacair Iorrais Aontaithe/Erris United F.C., thus clarifying the role of volunteers in the practical implementation of the procedures and strategies specified herein.
