RONAN DROPS IN

Ipswich Town F.C. and Republic of Ireland U21, Ronan Murray took time out from his summer holidays recently to call in on  his old club, to give a few pointers to the very young members of Iorras Aontaithe.

Des O’Connor and Martin McIntyre were giving their weekly coaching sessions and everyone was delighted when Ronan dropped in.

Ronan is back at Ipswich Town where he has secured another contract after his loan spell at Torquay. Des and Martin coached Ronan when he arrived at the club, all those years ago.

    Nice to see a player back at his old club. How do players get noticed at grass-roots level? how many goals did he score at this club?
