The club held its annual fundraising Duck Race on Sunday 23rd and a big crowd turned out to see the ducks been launched from the new foot bridge.
The results were. First prize of 500 Euro went to Rachel Reilly, Glenlara. Second was Annette Kelly, Emlybeg and 100 Euro. Third was Veronica Reilly, Church Road, 100 Euro. Fourth was John Healy, Barnatra, 50 Euro. The last duck home was Gemma Casserly, Glenlara, 50 Euro.

of all the things that could go wrong in a duck race. i never thought it would be the lads not being able to count down to zero. must get a klaxxon for next year.

poor old mills never heard of a countdown before. He got pure excited with the big crowd. think there is a night class for that.

we bought them few years ago from company in tipperary,we also them out if ye dont want to buy them.
