Seconds into the half the ball fell to Thomas McAndrew in the Killala 18 yard area and he finished with confidence. Not too long after the opening goal, left back, Diarmuid Healy gave a wonderful pass to the inform, Micky T Togher, and his flick over the Killala Keeper, showing the skill and form this striker is in. Killala had a chance to pull one back when Iorras gave away a penalty with the resulting kick saved by Iorras keeper, Gary Keane.
